For children and adults, the on-site swimming pool is large and refreshing. Within Shipyard, the outdoor amenities of golf, tennis and biking are all inviting. Shipyard is also a central location on the island for easy access to shopping and fine dining, just minutes away. Many of the units offer complimentary tennis at the Shipyard Racquet Club.
