Night Clubs and Entertainment include:- - Sports bar environments such as Callahan's and Casey
- Upscale clubs offering live entertainment such as The Jazz Corner, Wingo's, and the QuaterDeck
- The Cigar and Martini Bar environment of The Lodge
- Popular outdoor attractions such as Salty Dog Cafe and Tiki Hut
- Dance clubs like Monkey Business and Club South Beach
- Variety Bar & Restaurant & Entertainment variety such as Hilton Head Brewing Company and Wild Wing Cafe
- Adult entertainment at the Diamond Club.

Certain locations such as the Salty Dog Cafe and the Tiki Hut are open from usually 10AM-Until. The Night Clubs typically open their doors around 9:00 PM. Crowds typically peak between 11PM - 1AM. Only a select few stay open past 2AM with a mandatory 2AM close for all locations on Saturday Night, due the Blue Laws of South Carolina.
